Looks like a hunk of quartz with some darker material running through it, sulfates in the one spot.

I have checked the hardness and they are not marked my a Knife. I read that serpentine is soft

The only one I cant be certain on is the sample at 9' o clock in your first photo, everything else there is serpentine.

Thank you so much. Looking at some of the post and seeing jade is being found up north I just needed to make sure.

The first piece looks like "unakite", which is green epidote in red feldspar or granite. If so, it will polish very nicely.
