Took a few hour break today to finish up the rebuild of the crusher I bought in the spring.

The plates that hold the chains were exceptionally tight on the chains so I opened them up a little. I also took a grinder to the insert link and shaved it down so there's no problem getting them out when they wear down.

The old motor on it was a 9 hp, I upgraded to a 13 hp Predator. The old motor will undergo a rebuild soon. The spark plug was a "little" fouled...

That isn't oil or carbon. It's metal that has sintered to the plug. The carb was full of dirt too. Once I get it rebuilt it's going to become a water pump for our mill site well.

Anyway, a short video of it. I'll run it with a crack vac attached so hopefully most the dust will be caught into the buckets and not foul the engine.
