If you're wanting to build an arrasta, the man to get in touch with is Herb
(aka: Gold Tramp).

He's built a functioning arrasta that he uses pretty much every day in his
mining. He's got tons of knowledge about how to build 'em and make 'em work.

It could be he doesn't have internet right now, but if you leave him a PM
