Hi all,

Looking for an assayer in U.S. Any recommendations?

If there is a list somewhere on forum, would appreciate if someone could point me to it.

Have an area with bunch of hard-ass quartzite that has some gold. Not sure how much. Before spending time/money setting up to extract gold, want to be sure it's worthwhile. Gold is extraordinarily fine. Simple crush/sluice approach probably not viable.

There are lots of ads for assayers at ICMJ in the "Miner's Marketplace." I think you get access to that without a subscription:

@BlasterJ, Thanks for info! Found a couple small assayers listed, who I'm sure are probably fine. However, I'm hesitant choosing a one guy operation on faith after reading the infamous BLM assay labs report. Real eye opener. Thinking that I will go with Reed Labs, but have queries out to a couple other places.
