Which timezone do I select?, please.

Hi, can I get some information on how to set the time-zone, I just registered and selected the timezone for London as I live in the UK, but it says on my first post that it was posted at 2.18am or there about, but I posted at about 8.00am UK time.

Do I need to change the timezone and if so which one do I select please?

Actually I did change it to another time setting before I asked here but nothing seemed to changed, ok I'll have another look then, thanks.
