Yet Another " picture how to " question

i have used the insert image option , it lets me pick the photo's but then i see a symbol next to it telling me the picture is to big .

i do not have a photoshop editer and would not know how to use it if i did ..lol

so is there any advice on a way to resize and dont trash me for this but i cant remember the size limit for here ?

i run windows 7 and i am not sure if they have a way to resize already built in .

for now i have been using photobucket but i like the way others post the picture directly with no link and would prefer to do that.

You can resize it using photo bucket, then save it to your desktop and upload it. Save it for 15 inch monitor
I have photo bucket and do this all the time.
