Finding owner of property

I've done some research on some properties that should produce some good silver but there is one property that is not lived on and I dont know were to go to get permission to hunt it.How can I find the owner of the property,any help would be great.

Township office. See who is paying the taxes first. A plat book may help but sometimes they lag in current status.
