Member since 2012. Unable to post?

Im not sure why Im not able to post in classified. I just purchased a new ctx 3030 and would like to sell my older detectors.
If I missed something, please advise. Ive searched site for guidelines on this, but I have not found the answer.

Anyone can post in the "Free" classifieds, we require being a charter member to sell and if non cm posts ad to looking to buy then only cm can sell, if cm post sale ad anyone can reply.. The advantage is alway to the Charter Member....
