How do you post pictures when trying to private message?

Looks like you have to upload the pictures from an image hosting website, such as Imgur or Photobucket. The only option I see for pictures is to add an url (website address).

I always have to type in the URL address to private message, but not to post in forum............What a pain:BangHead:

You can also "copy and paste" an image right into your message like this:

One catch - you have to copy it (right mouse button - copy image) from your browser - it won't work (at least for me) from within a graphics program.
