Cannot put my Title in bold

every time i post in what is it, my tile appears in plain text Not bold

and gets ignored amongst the the other posts

how do i fix this

It's in bold. All new titles are in bold, but bold disappears once read until new post is made. It doesnt appear in bold to you because you already read it when you wrote it and there were no new posts. It should now appear in bold again with my post.
