problem uploading pics

I have not changed my approach to uploading . has always worked before today. what changed. I would like picture to be visible. not say attachment.

1st - Inserted this picture.

2nd - Uploaded this picture AND then I selected it via paperclip (attachments).

All seems to be working - are you following the procedures on How to post pictures with your story...?

Also, if you can provide the URL of the post - I can take a look at it and maybe figure out what is wrong.
