I've known this day was coming, but now it's time. I started building the trailer back in 2005 and used it a lot for desert camping. The rough roads have taken their toll. I documented building the on my website, but the rebuild is going to be a YouTube series. If you've ever thought of building your own camping trailer, you might enjoy watching this.

I've not watched the video, won't be in my future.

But I think it's a great idea for younger members out there.

I do pray your video is really good.

I'm sure it was a fun project.

Can't speak for others, but to be honest I much prefer a member
posts some pictures and tell the story behind the rebuild. I don't
care to watch a 15-20 minute video of the whole process, as it
doesn't interest me that much, and there's just too many new posts
to read.

Fair enough, and thank you for the feedback.

I've done exactly what you suggested for years on various trailer building and outdoor adventure websites. I have always wanted to transition to a video format for my adventures so that's the direction that I'm going. I do have a full website dedicated to the original build and I'll be updating that site with pictures from the rebuild. Some of the folks that frequent this camping sub-forum, and had seen some of the photos that I had previously posted, might be interested in watching the rebuild.

This weekend I'm heading up to one of the most famous gold mines in Nevada. I'll most likely post a link to that video as well. You may, or may not, be interested in it. It's an amazing place.
