I was finally able to track down the owner of the class ring I found in the internal debris cup. It wasn't easy since there was only initials inscribed. I was fortunate to find a copy of the high school year book at the library. The lady was the only one from her graduating class that had those initials. She was in the phone book and still lived in town. I called her up and met her at Starbucks. She said she hadn't seen it in years and must have accidentally dumped it from a jar of change into the coin machine.

I recently found a 14k gold wedding/engagement ring in the inner trash cup, it was a mans ring and had been broken and badly sautered back together. Could only make out a few letters of the inscription due to wear and the break so im holding onto it for a few weeks and then to the melter it goes
