10k GOLD CLASS RING , ( update ) RETURNED TODAY !!!!!

I decided to hunt a school that I had never hunted before . I found the best find of the three hour hunt in the first 30 minutes ! I had a +26 VDI on my Whites M6 at 5 inches and thought maybe gold ? I was right !! I saw a beautiful gold ring at the very bottom of the hole . I didn't know it was a class ring till I popped it out of it's dirt cocoon . It has a full name on the inside and as I type this up already have a lead on the owner . If it's the right person she is just up the street from my Parents , only a couple of miles from me ! Total clad for three hours is $14.34 !
I'll hope to have it back to her by tonight ! I'll keep you all posted .

Thanks ! I don't see myself finding as many next year . I will need to go to locations farther away from home and wait for my local schools to fill up again .

I park in the school parking lot . Only had one person in 14 years say something to me . Only one city here in my area that does not allow digging so I just don't go .

My Wife has located the owner !!! She found her on Facebook . I'm hoping to talk to her tonight and set up a time when I can give her ring back . She remember the school that she had lost it at and that's where I found it . I will get picture of her with the ring and post it .
It will be an early Christmas surprise .

I don't know . I do know that my garbage pouch is full to the brim at the end of three hours . That one gold makes it worth every piece of trash ! .
