Great! Don't you love it when we think we have a nice chunk of aluminum and it's gold! To this day I have never dug a gold item NOT thinking it was aluminum.
I'd take a BANNER nod over an Honorable Mention any day!
Congrats on achieving your first Tnet BANNER and on returning a very important ring Agent Green.
Went on a family vacation to the Bahamas last week. A young lady lost her wedding ring on the beach next to some lounge chairs in the sand. People at the resort contacted me to find the lost item. The sand looked liked finger impressions all over the search area. I asked the resort employees to help me move the chairs out of the way. Scanned a 3 by 3 foot section and sure enough found the ring 6 inches deep in the sand.I was not able to get a picture since I was hunting in the water. The lady was in tears when I found the ring. I will post a few pics of some my of better finds soon. Thanks for looking... GL & HH

Here is the picture of my finds on vacation. Found my second platinum ring, 12 grams.. plus a gold (10K) ring and believe it or not that black crusty ring is silver. I have the silver ring soaking in vinegar.. it is cleaning up nicely. The earring is stamped .925 silver... Tiffany.. searched for the mate but no dice. I have a bunch of coins that I need to tumble. I will post these with an updated picture after everything is shiny. I miss the salt water and sunshine.. Thanks for looking HH & GL.
