Seems to work pretty well, but for those shallow coins, I could pinpoint them as quick or quicker with the MD.

no offense Vinny, but it is water-proof. i have one too and ive practically dunked it and it just keeps on ticking or rather beeping.
but hey it does stay clean,right.

Yeah, thanks - I realized that after a while.
The old one would get clogged with dirt, so
I got into the habit of covering it, but it's not needed with
the Garrett
