Fall is in the air....Whitetail Bucks

This is one of the many whitetail bucks that come to our feeder. He's still in the velvet but was 'curling' his nose after he walked in behind a doe.
Hunting season is just around the corner! I am so ready for Fall!!

A process called fleming, or lip curl. Allows testing for estrous from all other molecules.. An organ on roof of mouth detects the most minute trace.
