reel nice find today

Was just taking the trash to the local dumpster and low and behold, right in front of the dumpster ...Abu Garcia 5000-C I believe, just laying in the grass.
Everything works on this reel, just scratched up a bit. Needs some cleaning and a little TLC of the fisherman kind.
How could such a fine reel be relegated to the dumpster with so much yet to offer? Maybe they just got a trash bag confused with a bag they were keeping and it fell out. Who knows?
All I know is, it's a keeper.
