In the words of Louie Costello, I was a baaad boy :laughing7:

Anyway, since our last meeting :tongue3: I'm up to a whole whopping $0.82 cents. What the heck kind of route did they put me on anyway :dontknow: One driver had a great month so far, last night he found $20.00 in the AMC movie house parking lot, and found $645 last week in a rubber band. That should have been mine. OK, wasn't my old route, but it did have money.

Hoping to get some of my old routes back, as the management companies loved my work. I Want them back too, they were cash cows :laughing7: The manager was talking to me today, so I'll put it in his ear again. I'll be honest and say I was finding extra income as part of my reward :laughing7:

OK, now we're getting somewhere. I got my first piece of paper of the year, stuck along a fence with a bunch of leaves. Too bad it was only a dollar, but that's a step in the right direction. :icon_thumright: Add to that 1 cent found at another parking lot. :tongue3:

I was hoping for more, as we had a nasty storm through most of the night, with winds gusting up to 40+ mph. What's great about these storms, once any paper is wet it sticks to fences like mural :laughing7:

YTD total $1.83

I found the earrings on New Years Day, and the cross just the other day on the sidewalk.

Good grief man, I have to relocate to MD :laughing7: You are certainly way ahead of the game at this time, but I will surpass you soon enough :tongue3: Keep in mind I currently work 5 days a week, and visit an average of 8 lots a night. I can spot a coin in a darken lot cruising between 7-11 mph and I do cover a lot of ground. I've noticed my largest problem with my recent sites is that they are for the most part wide open, making paper currency more difficult as it can hit the highways. My older sites had more shrubbery holding money to the lots.

Tomorrow should be a good night, then again, who knows :tongue3: I will be in at least one lot with excellent opportunities :icon_thumright:

Most of yesterday's finds came from looking under a self-checkout machine. I did find a good amount at school too.

Two more cents last night - total $1.85

Last 2 nights were horrible. Saturday night, worked for 2 hours because of snow, drive time alone was just over 1 1/2 hours. By the time I got to the first lot, it was covered in snow. Last night no different and these were my best opportunities for the week :crybaby2:

I accidently found a great way to I-ball. I had left my car at the dealership and walked along a busy hwy with my head bowed low. Eureka! A wedding band with
a stone! I wondered how it got there and finally figured out that a newlywed female had a fight with new hubby and threw her wedding band out the window.

Another time my brother-in-law told me about jackknifing his PU hauling a big trailer. His wife was so wrougt up she lost two gold rings wringing her hands. So it
is a proven fact that jewelry is waiting to be found along the roads and highways, plus you save on gas by walking and I-balling.

How often do you think females fling jewelry out the window? A lot more than you think.

Just to let you know I am still in the game. Holding at $1.79. Found nothing in the past week or so. Not even a lousy penny. And, I'm looking hard. Checked the local McDonalds, Burger King and KFC/Toco bell drive thru's. They are all within a short walking distance. All I got was a polite "Sir, you can't be out there from a couple window servers." Maybe I'm trying to hard.

Last night was one good night in a row :headbang: Found $0.27 and a nice LG, flip phone with keyboard. Phone has no power and I don't have the proper charger to see if I can locate the owner, so I may just end up selling it.. I hope that counts toward my finds too, but it's your call Sagittarius :tongue3:

Total $2.13 and slowly climbing :tongue3:

Things are picking up :headbang: The Burger King drive through yielded 4 cents, found another penny at the opposite part of the mall to. Next to last stop a penny & nickle were waving to me from a spot along a curb line, making it a total of 11 cents for the night.

Off to work now before the Nor Easter rips through :laughing7:

Total $2.24 and starting to steadily climb :tongue3:

P.S. Still awaiting a judgement call on if I sell that phone I found the other night :laughing7:

Spart,

I've turned in foun cell phones to the kiosks of the companies that sold them....but odds are if the owner reported it lost
they got a free replacement and the phone got deactivated and the phone company wrote if off already.

If you can get something for it....I don't see a problem.
