I'm walking down the street in Buffalo NY mid 70s.I see the paper bag in the gutter of the street. I pick it up and what do I see .$3700.00 in cash $9600.00 in food stamps and maybe 3 oz .of weed. Well I kept the cash. Split the food stamps with my relative and of course threw out the weed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thats the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth!!!??!?!?

Then I could have taken all my silver proceeds from CRH and became a weed kingpin! Wait...I have been watching too much Border Wars on cable.

A number of years ago, here in Texas, a fellow found over $10,000 in a crushed box on the side of the road. He turned it in to the local Sheriff's Office.

The "law" ran a drug test on the money and found it tested positive for Pot and Coke.... Because it did, it was deemed "Drug Money" and was confiscated.

Leaving nothing for the fellow who found it.....

over 80 % of all $ 20 bills have trace of coke / drugs ! !! so that was just a way to keep the money for the police !!
