Bank fees for COIN ROLL HUNTING?

Do you think banks should charge a fee
for those doing COIN ROLL HUNTING, or
should it remain subsidized by the fees charged
to regular customers?

should be a free-be sherm,at the end of my run,harris started charging me $5 to order a box,then a $5 to return it........i think they were just getting sick of me

Could see them offering it free for someone
who has an account in the bank. But enough
folks start coming in and that take service away
from regular customers and higher fees for
regular customers.

Not sure.
