Cool bottle, Bob!

Standard bottle brushes won't fit into most small neck bottles, but Lowe's has a brush in the garden section for cleaning bird feeders that should do the trick. Next time there I'm going to grab one.

I use Oxyclean on my bottles.

I am gonna try lime-away on my bottles, supposed to be good on water residue.

Cleaning them does require a lot of custom solutions. I fill the utility sink in the basement with hot water, fill the bottle with bleach and drop them in, once they are at room temperature.

Make sure any you have do not have toxic or poison substances in them. Found many, including buried ones, with cork and contents intact. Don't take them inside, as they warm the cork will unseat itself and expose you to the fumes, not good with some of those things they used to bottle for everyday usage.

Instead use a large plastic storage tub outside or in the shed full of water and soap for those.

How can I get the inside cleaner??????

A thin bent coat hanger with a piece of sponge will work in a pinch.

Nice bottle, looks like a coffin flask. Try a handfull of sand and a bit of water and shake the heck out of it,that at least gets in all the corners..Also Keep it in the sun and it will purple up a little more...
