    Very Short Memorial Day Hunt

How was everyone's Memorial Day ?
I started my Memorial Day off with a nice Breakfast then a Long Bicycle Ride then some Ice Cream with my 10 year old daughter.
Laid down for about a 1/2 hour to rest and got bored so off I went for some swinging of the coil.
Headed over to a property that the park district bought and tore down a house. This was my second trip there.
1st trip yielded a bunch of wheats and some change.
I decided to put the 8 inch coil on the Minelab this time.
10 minutes into the hunt it starts to rain %&(*($#@^&&**
1st two signals were Memorial Pennies ( How appropriate ) Then the Mexican 5 pesos
Then I went to the area where I pulled a bunch of wheats from before.
Bam.... I pulled the Merc out at about 4 inches. Started to rain harder so headed to the big pine trees for some shelter.
Under the pine trees I pulled out the ring.... ( Sterling )
Started heading to the car while swinging and the next signal was the State of Washington 1935 Tax Commission Token.

    Thanks for looking and HH

Nice short hunt Bob! Wish I could do that good every time I stop for a short hunt. Which is like 3 times a day.

Good Quick hunt. Unfortunately the place i went to just dumped 100 tons of new sand because their beach got washed away. No luck for me.

Bob, nice finds. That merc looks sharp, and the ring is an added surprise. Hope to get a hunt in together soon.
