11 of us went to Jackson Park area
A few of the guys were from another forum.
All I can say is that it was one of the BEST GROUP HUNTs and that's an understatement.
In all there was 30+ silver coins found...
Many Buffalo nickels.
Many Cookie coins that are pennies.

My meager finds were:
1935 Washington Quarter
1914 D Barber Dime
1898 I H Penny
No Date Buffalo
Wheats were 1910 1927 1925 1934 1935 1946 1956d

I had a blast................................................

Everyone had a blast and NOBODY went home without some fantastic coinage...

Look for everyone else's post.. and don't drool to much........

The area was Metal detectorist's dream hunting area.......

Great finds Bob! Glad you all had a good time. I'm always amazed at how much stuff is still coming out of there, especially coins like silver quarters. Were you using your Minelab??

Bob must have got that beauty of a dime after we left! Please don't tell us it was 1" deep in an area that was heavily searched!!

Great finds Bob!! I'm also amazed that we all got something to take home... it was how a group hunt should be.

I think I walked past it once and I think it was past up by a few others..

I was fortunate to get it the second time around

Nice group photo. You guys had the perfect storm. Flipped sand, nice weather, and no 10,000 other swinging *@#@* out there in the mix!

DP Bob,
Beautiful Barber!!!! Still looking for my first.
I thought the group hunt was going to be at Washington Park not Jackson.
I didn't go cause I haven't had much success at Washington but I've never been to Jackson...guess I am planning my next hunt now.
Congratulations and great pics. It's nice to put the names on the faces.
