Silvery Treat #2
Hi all,
Not much, but as I braved the snow and cold for 3 hours today post work, I thought I'd post my afternoon delight, a 1941-s Merc, and silver #2 on the year pour moi. I need to find a colder day so I can earn a seated liberty dime... (oh yeah, I pulled a 52d wheat as well, in case L4S is indeed keeping tabs on those)...

Joe, this one was for you bud

I appreciate that.
Nice looking merc! Do you need my address so you can send it to me that way or do you want to meet up half way? lol...jk.

Nice find!
My hat's off to all of you guys that have braved this weather and hit the woods, parks and fields. Maybe I'll finally get out next weekend if it warms up. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a nice warm dry thaw coming up.
Stay warm guys!

Re: Silvery Treat #2
As long as I can dig and there isn't too much snow, I've been happy! Although I will be even happier when things are less muddy. Last hunt there was a solid ball of mud frozen to my sunray probe and also mud frozen to my shovel.
