I still have to get down that way someday and have you bless my machine, Mike! The shiny stuff just can't hide from you!

No sidewalks? No problem!
Re: GREAT PARK HUNT 11-06-10
That butterfly pin is great!
Amazing how those fine wires stayed unbent - great save.
Love the Indians and the American Legion pin too.
I don't know if you got the goods near downtown or not but...
When I went to downtown Chicago yesterday with my brother and nephew (they were visiting here from Florida) instead of pointing out the obvious touristy spots like the Sears (Willard) tower, the Field Museum, the Art institute, Buckingham Fountain, etc, I kept pointing out the great spots of grass that could be detected.
We didn't have the detectors with and there was way too many people in spandex from some marathon. Portapotty city was an interesting encampment. There were so many of the blue bathrooms lined up it I couldn't decide if it was a modern art in the park installation or actually for the race.
Sorry for the ramblings - congratz on the great finds!

Yes it was a great day for 007! While I dug clad he was finding silver. He certainly knows the etrac and more important how to identify the best areas to search. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. One of these days I will find my first silver. Again, congratulations on a successful day of hunting.javascript:void(0);
