Yes I did find the plate over by the white run down building next to the R&R tracks
if you remember that building Mark. Owner has taken it down and I was searching
where it stood

Nice group of finds . I like stuff like that. The dumb waiter tag is neat and what is the "Rayo" thing? A button? The silverware looks like it has some age too. great looking barber also.

Hey John, the dumb waiter tag says SEDGWICK on it. The sedwick machine works made elevators,
stair chair lifts from what I saw after googling it, didn't understand the dumb waiter bit on the tag. Rayo
thing is the same size as a bottle cap with alot of mini holes all around the edge. Didn't try googling
yet but my guess would be something to do with a lantern of some sort.

Dumb waiters were what they called those small elevators used to transport food or other things in restaurants and hotels between floors. Some were operated by a rope and pulley system, and others were mechanical. It makes sense they would make those.

I don't think he's gonna care how he's gonna eat soup with that sp/n, but I'm sure he's glad he got a haircut! Congrats on your sweet Barber.
