Is there a list of Key Date Coins?
Just wondering if there is an online or published list of key date U.S. coins,
or where I might find this kind of info other than manually going through the coin prices books
and finding the ones that are worth the most or have the least quantities or mint errors etc.

I believe this same Q. was asked on another TN thread within the recent past. You may wish to search for it.
I recall one of the responses was: What do you specifically consider as being a 'key date'? (How do you define 'key date'?)

I remember hearing of a gold coin being found in Elgin a few years ago in a new fill dirt pile at a park.
