    Short Hunt After the Rain

    Got out for about 2 hours late this afternoon when the rain got done. Got one silver - a 1917D Merc. Found a circa 1920s token. The other side says Villa Rica Cafe, 2572 North Clark. The pin is for the Junior Birdmen of America Club. This club was formed in 1934 for boys interested in aviation and building model airplanes. Was sponsored by Hearst publications. Also got 8 wheaties.
