Went out detecting with D-Dub today. We hit 3 different spots, and I think I found my new favorite spot for a while.
The first spot produced the rosie and one of the mercs, the second spot produced the 1907-s BBQ, and the 3rd spot produced the 1913, 1916, and 1917 pocket spill among with the 1907 V. Also pulled a 1920-D Buffalo out of there and the solo 1904 dime.
The first spot we were at was definitely old, and D-Dub got the oldest coin target out of there.
I also found a pretty cool relic?
It was much deeper than any of the coins, and it gave me a solid copper penny signal.
I've attached a few different pics so maybe someone can help me out. Thanks and enjoy.
Sweet! Looks like the remains of a spear point! I've seen a few knives and they were a bit different in shape but the spear points looked fairly similar, though longer and with a tang on one end.
i see why that's your new favorite spot! congrats and hope you can find out what the relic is and let us know. its a great day when you see that much silver
