Best day this year at the Honey Hole (is that what we're calling it?)

Been hunting a sweet little stretch of land with my dad, Ryan, his brother Matt and their dad. It's been giving and giving and giving and today it surprised the hell out of me and gave me so much more than ever before!

Nabbed up 6 silver and my first quarter for the year! My best day is 7 silver in one day, maybe some of you remember that day ;-)

It's been a lot of fun hunting this place, Ryan (metalhunter) will grab some.. then me, then his dad, then my dad, then his brother... and on a day like today, it was sunny and cool breezy... perfect!!!! Had my Dunkin Donuts iced coffee and was gridding like a frickin' 2cc light cycle (Tron)

These are the last three hunts, and on another day I got 20 wheaties and no silver. All the wheaties and silver are pictured here...

Hope you all are enjoying the sweet weather. Happy hunting all!

Jeez, great hunting today! Glad I had to work/kid sit, and cook dinner for everyone, or
I would have been there getting totally humiliated. Guess I'll have to stake off a claim
    there will yellow police tape.
Where's all the rings you found?

Awesome hunts!! keep pounding that site out. BTW I ended up ordering my x1 from Ron and got it installed the other day. I have not gotten to use it yet (weather) but once this weekend hits and we are getting the 80+ they are calling for its going to be on!

Thanks everyone! Having to wait to go back is the hard part ;-) However, this opens up opportunities for my dad, Ryan, Matt and their dad. Good luck guys!

Awexome Neil! You're going to wonder real quick how you ever got along without it! Get your groove with using it, and then let us know how you like it.

Maybe you Etrac guys could give some better pointers with using the DX-1,
but my on a Whites it gives about twice the sensitivity when turned on, off the ground and away from the detector. And until it becomes second nature
to turn it back off, you may find yourself wondering whats happening with your machine when you go back to swinging. I know I did all the time.
