5/17 finds

[Clad the Impaler]

Hi everyone. I'm currently a bit under the weather health wise. Here's what I found on my last outing on Tuesday the 17th.

3 wheats ('19s, '20, '57d), stud earring (I'm certain the stone is a zircon, but the metal might be sterling; gotta go get it checked out), sterling ring, and about $4 in clad (not pictured). Not bad for about 4 hrs. digging time. Pics below. Enjoy!!

Actually, I started to feel crappy the morning of the 18th, AFTER I went out (go figure ).

I haven't been back to Rich's site as it is on private property and I don't have permission from the owner to be there by myself. All of my recent "goodies" have come from Chicago parks, most within a mile or two of where I live .

Great going Paul! I'd invite you out again to the sidewalk digs but you're doing better than that in the standard site hunts lately and my digs over there have been way too sparse for any dreamy finds to be considered. yet.....
