Three crowns pin in that configuration is consistant with the sign of the Swedish Air Force and the Coat of Arms of the Lordship of Ireland.

I'm guessing that since it is a 3 point crown, it's probably Swedish. What I've seen of Ireland (S.W. province flag (Munster)) is a 5 point crown in that configuration. I also am guessing that knowing the history of where I found this, it pre-dates the Swedish Air Force. Too bad there is no writing on the back of this...

"3 crowns" were also shown on Swedish stamps at least 100 years ago.
