finally ! got permission on private property 1800s house

amazingly im getting into a private yard.

i went there tonight to finalize the details .

right on the main drag thru town and directly across

street from historical sign; first house in town.1859.

and on 1.5 ac. i am really excited as to what i might find.

the lady has lost rings in yard which i will return if i find.

also only 15 min drive...yippee

Sounds like a project! 1.5 acres is a long hunt for sure! Save those areas near the road for last, they're the trashiest and the best.

and thanx for advice. my personal take on this.

i will etrac for hi tones first.kinda skipping around the

property.even though i have solid permission

it is from the woman of the house not the man.

i have the feeling he is not as keen on it as her.

even tho she sez...dont worry about digs we have

gophers. i dont want too many marks in any one area.

i will be on the listen for the ring low tones also

should not be buried very recent.

hopefully i can nail one of the rings early which would

help me lock this place down.

if i start finding silver then sure ill dig that area.

its too bad this has come along so late in the season.

gotta hit it now. and hope everything will be ok to cont

next year. things has a way of changing.

cant let this slip away.
