Looks like Guanajuato mint (1826-1868 for this issue) 1830; MJ assayer; 20mm in diameter (vs. US nickel at 21.2mm).

The "s" marks indicate the plural of the words 'dinero' and 'gram' (grano).
12 dineros was pure silver. Each dinero was divided into 24 granos.
The insciption 10 Ds 20 Gs represents .903 fine silver.
