1891 British North Borneo cent !!

New one on me.. New yard to hunt gave up a couple of wheat's and the this.. At a measured 9" out come a large coin .. Jr said a large cent.. Well after the dirt was rinsed of it happened to be a cent from British North Borneo when it still was a British colony.. (I think it was until 1902) Glad to have a Etrac again!! The silver is some from this year, except 2 halves and a dime from a Goldbug pro and AT pro...

been to bontang , borneo (Indonesia) in the 1980's working on a Liquidified Natural Gas ( LNG / frozen propane) tanker as a merchant seaman *-- funny the things you find at times in the ground -- i wish that coin could talk and tell the tale of it's travels to get where you found it --its in great shape for a 120 year old coin
