AWESOME find buddy!!!!, Yea Bomber is right, that is one of the top neckerchiefs to find, I got mine back in 08 and its still my avatar here on TNut. Google "Strengthen the arm of liberty" and it will give all the details of that particular neck slide, short version is the BSA headed up a drive to raise money to add structural steel reinforcement to the Statue of Liberty because her arm with the torch started to fail back in the late 40's (from what I remember). In addition to selling those slides they also sold 4' or so tall versions of the statue all around the country, I seen a website that tracks them (the ones that are remaining) and has a pix and the locations of them. Again AWESOME find - BIGTIME CONGRATS!!!

Great find; I've still got my slide from 'back in the day' when I was either a Cub Scout or Boy Scout; now we're both relics.
