    todays finds

went out on a hunt with Lowbatts today , first we hit and wooded area with a pond in it. Got a little clad some an rusted Remington pocket knive . and when lowbatts went down to the edge of the water this is what he saw .

That would have scared the crap out of me if i would have seen it first , but even when i know it was a dumbie it was still very disturbing .

After I got home i was going to plant the garner that I had just tilled up the other day . but i figured i would swing the coil over it before i planted and glad i did . i found some old glass tops to oil-wick lamps to in great condition . they were made by the The Hero Fruit Jar Company in Phil , PA
I looked it up and that company was in business for 1883 to 1908 so they are more than 100 years old that is pretty cool hope you like happy hunting

Good hunting with you Aaron. Now I know where all the skeeters went, they were my biggest find of the day. Should have grabbed that wild turkey and tossed her in the Cladmobile. Hoping to get back up that way again in a couple weeks.
