I have permission to hunt an old log cabin near Gale, IL that is on private property surrounded by the Shawnee National Forest. Does anyone know of any stories or legends concerning this area? I am from Kansas City and I have a friend that ownes the property this old cellar hole is on. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
