What I saw at the meeting... Amazing!!!

There was a man that found over 400 coins in one afternoon!!!!!

They were all modern, no silver or wheat's. Greg and Bruce saw it. It was an older gentleman that found them in a park. He brought in all of the coins, he mounted them on a board with some sticky plastic. It was something like 96 quarters & over 100 dimes then a lot of nickels and pennies!!! I have found 200 coins in a weekend but that was the most that I have ever heard of in one day!!!

So you've never done a carnie cleanup or setup a tot-lot/schoolyard day?

400 clad in a day can be easy on an average Monday morning starting out at the right carnival/fest. The rest of the week gets pretty slow after that unless you fill up the gas tank with that change!

    Hey Lowbatts,
No I have not done a carnie cleanup or setup a tot-lot/schoolyard day, but I'll take a couple of old silver keepers over all that clad any day!!

Monday is carnie cleanup day, it finances the rest of the hunting week! Have you never spent sunrise picking through the chunks for quarters under the vomit rides man? Argghhhh!

    It's a beautiful thing!
