Is metal detecting any parks in Indiana Illegal now?
I read somewhere on treasurenet that detecting Any sort of soccer field or parks were illegal in Indiana now because of those 15 hunters that came to destroy the parks. Is that true? I am a Washington State hunter and was just wondering.
Anyone can make life interesting you just have to go out there and do things instead of sitting on your butt doing nothing. Second quote: Life is about trying new things not just standing around.

Beats the heck outta me-- but what I fully believe is that no matter the law states, it's *usually* ALWAYS about intent.
Don't ya think people can pick up on that vibe? I hunt parks and have NEVER had a problem, never.
do u think it's because I MD in fish nets?

Ed,
I use the high heels as probes..ha.
And I'm amazed that not one of the local dudes I've hunted with have commented on the fishnets/high heels Md'ing get-up as I am less than a glamor queen when detecting. except when I MD w/ kibitzr--I wear my sparkly tiara.

Maybe because we're to busy laughing at Greg when he is wearing the cleaning lady outfit with a feather duster in his hand.
