Found this 1919 indiana Souvenir in WV?

Found this metal detecting in Wv today, and I don't know what it is, and can't find any info. About it on the internet, so I thought I'd post it on the Indiana State section to see if anybody knows what this is, and what was the Oct.1919 Centennial Exposition in Evansville Indiana?
