Hi all, I am a budding ebayer and want to know a little history and get a date or era on this necklace..im am having a hard time with this piece, it is silver/pewter tone and heavy. It is signed goldette with an r for registered. I will be selling it on ebay as soon as I figure out its correct value.....I got this piece from my grandmas estate and have other items which I will post later. Thanks!

Place it for auction on eBay and set a ridiculous reserve amount and watch the bids...

Thank you all. Lol! I did think to do the ridiculous ebay thing. Sorry I didn't get back on the site sooner to reply. Was busy with the usual summer things. But thanks for the responces!

It's "value" is whatever someone will pay for it. I sell vintage jewelry on eBay and can tell you that this is circa 60's. Goldette is not a high-end name, but this is a neat piece. You might realize 30-35.00 tops.
