Man, Visiting this Ks. site is as exciting as watching paint dry! Weathers been nice, ground conditions are good.
I know some of you have surely been out diggin. I'm guilty of not posting also, but have been at it quite a bit lately.
Hunting farm fields mainly, trying to get hunts in before they're all planted. Not getting rich but finding enough to keep
me interested. Lots of IH & wheaties An 1874, and 1876 in the same hole one day was sweet. 1897 barber quarter,
half a dozen barber dimes. Found two SLQ's in the same hole, 1920, and a no dater. Then sunday, another SLQ, 1929.
Thirty years of hunting, i had only found one of those, then found three in one week! Also picking up a few merc's.
Raining cats and dogs here today, so it's only gonna get better. Would sure enjoy hearing if my fellow Kansans are
doing any good.. HH, Ruffneck. Hey RebelT, send me a PM and let me know what ya been up to. I can get some time off
now, if ya want to hunt sometime.

My wife and I are headed up Kansas way in October...

Can't wait to get there, we've a bunch of sites lined up that we want to dig.

Until then we have to make do with haunting the tot lots in the DFW area.

We'll be up in NE Kansas visiting friends and family.

I'm itching to get back out to NW Kansas where I grew up. I'd really love to dig the old county fairgrounds out there.

Sounds like you have been doing well Ruffneck. I looked at your profile, just wondered what part of the state you were in. I used to be in western Ks but am now south of Wichita
