Hello from Somerset. I have been trying to find people in the area who like hunting but haven't met any yet.
I have been trying to research the civil war era hot spots in Pulaski county. Some are obvious(Mill Springs) and others have been elusive. Camp Wolford and Camp Clio were in the area, yet little more than a mention in what I've read so far. Also, I would love to hook up and hunt with others in the area.
Any information or points in the right research direction would be greatly appreciated*****
: Wolford was a Union 3rd Ky. vol. infantry camp 8 m south of Somerset near Burnside.
: Clio was also Union but was a training camp for the 12th Ky.infantry in the area of Bronston.
