more likely that the top is east. South is to the right north on the left and west is on the bottom. Check the path that the sun makes. The sun rises in the east to open the day, and the sun is in the west at the close of the day. If you find a map with 12h or H12 put that to the south. If it's 12l or L12 that is the north.

Hi All,

Do some KGC hand-drawn maps have West at the top, and NORTH on the right?

If so, why would that be?

Thanks

On the only one I have ever seen there are different N W E S marks on different pieces in different places. Not all of them are marked with N.W.E.S. letters, but some of them are. It is also made of several pieces that are also maps of sorts that change different areas into an area when hooked all together.
