I thought I would post a link to a video of our 84" Spiral Wheels in operation. We have been redesigning the Spiral Wheel the past several months to incorporate a replaceable spiral system. We have also been building a 5th axis drilling machine in a 10' x 10' footprint. A massive CNC machine for the ability to completely machine the Spiral wheel by CNC. We've been making the Wheels with both conventional and CNC technologies in the past, but with the demand of oversea sales, we are working to keep the labor cost down and increase productivity in the manufacturing of the wheels.
These have always been made in the 84" models but will be soon made available in 36", 48", and 60" as well.
