    Re: PMR3

I have one older version universal antenna rod and my friend has a universal depth rod. I use my antenna rod in most situations to determine the direction and distance of an object. It is easy to triangulate a target and it will trace a bait line great. The distance it will pick up an object is about 1/4 mile, max, on a very large object. The newer ones should be more sensitive than mine because mine is 20 years old. Anderson and Simmons are both high quality built instruments for dowsing, and their price reflects the attention to quality. If you are not proficient in dowsing, learn before attempting an instrument this sensitive. Good Luck. rockhound
