I just wanted to take a moment to remember all that has happened since Jesse Capen took his last trip out to the Superstition Mountains.
Tomorrow, June 2nd, Jesse would have been 36 years old. His mother has asked that, if we don't mind, that we take a moment to remember Jesse on his birthday, and not forget him.
I know - for me, and many others - we have not forgotten.
From the bottom of my heart...Thank you all for the heart felt birthday wish to Jesse.
You are all my friends...the best friends Jesse and I have ever had...the only people who truly know and understand. I have many friends who love and think of Jesse... to some, pain losses its sting in time. Only you, dear friends, are with us still... on the quest for closure ..sacrificing time from family and your lives. Some neighbors...who I have known for years...do not wave or say "Hello" to me since Jesse went missing..I do not understand. I am touched by a tragedy others can not face or express. A simple "I am sorry" would be enough.

For what it's worth Cynthia, some of your neighbors just may not know what to say or how to say it. It may not mean they don't necessarily care.
I will think of Jesse when I visit out there this fall - I sincerely hope you experience closure someday.

Our Hearts and Prayers are with you, and you are right about being touched by a tragedy others can not face or express, and are very scared to try. We will never be able to think of Jesse without thinking about his Mother's story of "LOVE AND DEVOTION FOR HER LOST SON! and we are all so very sorry and hope some one can find Jesse and closure for you and all of us.

i got a life , unlike you ...lol and i know the cat that is doing it .. i told fs about this cat i showed them its track i even send the track to the SD zoo and they said this cat was twice the size of a normal mt lion .. so don't blame me
