Always,
At the risk of suffering the mods wrath I must say (IMHO) you are certainly one of the most childish petulant and truly boring people who have posted here. I have been following this forum for many, many years and have learned a great deal from a lot of very intelligent people but I do not think you have have ever offered a single bit coherent information, you certainly cannot carry on an intelligent conversation. You can post at a frantic pace and make the the most increadable claims and then flat out refuse to offer any sort of documentation, references or proof of any sort, almost acting insulted if someone does ask you to explain it's really very odd you really have become very boring and I look forward to the day that you become tired of us and move on to more interesting subjects, i'm never sure are you 50 or 15? in the mean time I will simply put you on Ignore move on with more interesting people.

Bill

BB - thank you for your response although I respectfully have to admit I'm still not clear what you're talking about as far as a "letter" is concerned. I'm also confused because at times you use the name "Ratana" and other times "Renata," and yet a couple posts later you tell someone it's NOT spelled "Renata."

In a nutshell, here is the point I'm trying to get at...

A treasure hunting forum such as this seems to have a couple purposes in my mind:

1) It's a place to share information, to run theories past people, to discuss ideas and history all related to treasure legends (and specifically the LDM in this case)

or

2) It can be a place to "hide in the shadows lurking" in the hopes of gaining some kind of "edge" by reading other people's theories, etc...

It also seems to be a location where a small percentage of people come to offer their "theories" with no interest in discussing them as anything more than an established fact. It's as if there are a tiny few people who have a desire to proclaim announcements here without feeling the need to offer any proof.

I'm not sure exactly what the motivation for this third group is of which it seems you are a part of, but it's clearly not to have open discussions. It seems to be more of a "forum" to try to impress, denigrate and make announcements.

To be honest, there isn't anything wrong with using the forum in that manner either... until you are questioned by those folks who clearly want to discuss the ideas and learn new things, but don't simply "take your word for it," as proof. Communication and learning is a two way street and requires legitmate discussion to take place.

As an example, I consider Real De Tayopa, Ellie Baba, Santa Fe New Mexico and yourself to all be here with claims of knowing something the rest of us do not know regarding something treasure related. Clearly though, there is a difference in the discussions RDT and Ellie have compared to SFNM and yourself.

RDT and Ellie continue to try to educate and encourage questions and comments, and while I believe they are both 100% convinced that their theories are fact, they show little or no emotion or defensiveness when questioned and ultimately seem to be just interested in letting people know what their theories are (to a point) and if other folks don't believe them, no big deal.

SFNM and you on the other hand don't seem to be capable of discussing your theories, being questioned, or providing any evidence whatsoever to back up your claims. It's a very interesting comparison in ways of approaching a forum and discussion - I'm just not sure what SFNM and your motivations are. If you simply want to make the announcement of your finds, that's great and you've both accomplished that, but don't expect anyone to cheer your name to the multitudes until you've provided unequivicable proof - if you're not willing to do that (and I personally probably wouldn't), then you have to be willing to live with the fact that you alone know the answer to something and be satisfied with that. I don't think that's enough for you - I feel as though you have a need to be honored publicly for your abilities and discoveries. It's understandable that some folks have that motivation, it just doesn't lend itself to a discussion forum.

Wishing you the best.

Paul,

Problem here is that your excelent points are lost on those who they are intended for. :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: The replies that are coming from those folks will just prove my point.

"Sometimes I'm even actually able to get MY point across You know what they say about a blind squirrel - even they find a nut now and then."

Not so difficult here, as we can't take a step without stubbing our toes on a couple of them.

On the other hand.......nice post. :notworthy:

Take care,

Joe

W A T C H Y E R L A N G U A GE joe, snicker or no Oro de Tayopa's egg shell :coffee2: for you.

Cubber sniff :-* :-* actually, believe it or not, my posting's on Tayopa are actually a learning process for 'me'. Those that knew me when I first started posting, will know that a tremendous change has occur ed in my technique and presentation. One might say that I am maturing.

And you are correct, I am not posting for aggrandisement, but to share the knowledge that treasures do exist out there, and can be found, but You have to be adaptable, never rigid in your approach and thinking. Be ready to shelve any bits of data that do not fit, most cannot do this, but must resist in forcing it to fit by bending the wording as needed and justifying it in their mind.

A few of my preconceived ideas on bits of information, later proved to be 100% off sync, yet , curiously enough, 100% correct in light of the later developments.

Viva Tayopa !

SFNM - I accept that this is your perception of me, but if you knew me at all, you would know that "game playing" is one of the things I have no skill for. Yes I've "played games" with a very limited number of people who post here - as you've mentioned yourself on more than one occassion, sometimes one needs to "loosen up" and laugh a bit.

I have absolutely no agenda at all, but you're certainly free to your opinions as anyone is. I simply am unable to see the things you've posted in your google earth images. Just because I don't see them or agree with them doesn't mean they aren't there and doesn't mean I have any agenda against your "truth," it just means I don't see it, and from the looks of it, most people here and elsewhere that you've posted don't see it either. I'm glad you've had some support from other people via private e-mail, etc... - that's great for you, but like BB, you get so emotionally offended when someone doesn't believe or see what you perceive to be 100% fact.

By the way, as far as who spends more time here, you may want to check your profile and compare it to mine in regards to # of posts/day.

Best of luck to you as well - I sincerely hope you find what you're looking for.

I work in the lab and at my desk all day long with computer access in both locations. I log in while I drink a Mt. Dew to start the day and leave it logged in all day as just an open tab of many I have going at once and then check back during breaks, lunch and while samples are running now and then. You're right that I'm logged on almost all the time - same with a number of other sites like news and investment. If that's what you meant, you're correct :).

I love you Bob Thanks  Slightly off topic: "17 Tons of Gold in New Mexico" U.S. data supplied to all attending the meeting by Professor Morada:

1. On the fifth of April – 1933 President Roosevelt of the United States issued the first executive order concerning gold standard, forbidding U.S. citizens from hoarding or owning private gold. Only miners and refiners could hold gold and they were to sell the metal to the U.S. federal mints as processed.

FDR further proposed to congress, that a U.S. gold act law be enacted and passed to stabilize the depression years and the devaluation of the U.S. dollar. Committees went to work on a law draft. The finance committee had the law prepared by late 1933 and after presented to congress was passed after winter adjournment in 1934.

January 17 – 1934 signed into law by FDR as the Gold Act. The federal reserve set the first price of gold at $35.00 per troy ounce. Making the Fort Knox federal reserve stronger and foreign debts easier to amortize. This afforded FDR?s rebuilding and new deal socialist policies.

2. Professor Morada had forecasted these events properly at the Mexico meeting of 1933. The Mexican group became known as Trabuco’s group. Trabuco’s group at the meeting proposed to purchase all the Mexican gold available at the $20.67 or less price, store and hold these for future U.S. sales.

Professor Morada had forcast the gold may go as high as $40/per ounce by 1935-36.

He cited many factors such as the U.S. stock crash of 1929, rebuilding and the U.S.
bank collapse. The group were gamblers and Trabuco already stored gold from his mines where he often retained seven to ten tons for speculations and or use as needed.

Profits were projected in a short time frame of at least 30% gain or over.

Professor Morada designed the plans where the Mexican nationals could smuggle the gold out of Mexico with ease and avoid Mexican laws which prohibited this. As only Mexican federal mints would handle Mexican produced gold. {By law}

The group would remove all the gold they accumulate in 1933 in Mexico, to the U.S.. There also existed small private Mexican miners who sold gold for cash, non recorded at the federal mint for as little as $15.00 per ounce.

"Trabuco was to be the moving agent and U.S. storage provider."

Note: only two among the group raised any questions at all. Ricardo Atrega asked, “What if the U.S. federal will not purchase the gold from us”? Profesor Morada replied, “We have always smuggled and sold on the Spain and Euro markets, avoiding our government’s inquiring eyes, this is no different and there is no Mexican border officials checking outgoing peoples.”

The group seemed satisfied and with Trabuco setting his gold in the deal, the others pooled monies with the investment banker, Rafael Borega to start immediate purchase of gold.

Borega set up a shop at Puebla Mexico with a small smelter and passed the word to the southern placer miners that there was a purchaser at Puebla. "Other miners, even from the north" traveled to Puebla to avoid sales to the monitored federal mint where government taxes were deducted and mine data was too often divulged to others. :read2:
